And as it could not be expected, ATEEZ Fever made it to the blog!
Today I would like to show you a little of my admiration for this group that has the world in their pocket and that, for sure, at least one song, you have heard or seen the MV out there, as a good kpopper!
ATEEZ is a group formed by KQ Entertainment (same company as Block B) and contains 8 members, namely: Yunho, Seonghwa, San, Yeosan, HongJoong, Wooyoung, Jongho and Mingi. Their debut was on October 24, 2018 and since then, the group has been making history as one of the fastest growing groups within the industry, with millions of views on their MVs and high album sales, giving even sold out in several stores!
And why is ATEEZ so successful?
Let’s start with my opinion of ATINY (fandom name).
One thing that has always told me a lot is the first impact that a group has and its style, and the impact that I had with ATEEZ since the first time has always been very positive.
A talented group, with a unique style, with a performance on the ABSURD stage, with extremely beautiful, talented members and with a very strong presence. The vocals are excellent and the raps are just as wonderful, the combination of all this with a hint of Block B in the middle – thanks to the company – made me fall into the fandom very quickly and wanted to know a lot more about these guys.
The first song that blew my mind was Pirate King, a song with a beat that reminded me of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies (I didn’t even love it, right?), The choreography keeps you stuck all the time and the MV is completely perfect , a beating on everyone’s face.
And you must be wondering who my bias is, right? At first, I swore standing together that Seonghwa had arrested me completely, until … Oops, Hongjoong came in front of me with one of those laughs present in several songs (yes, they are from Hongjoong) and said ” Negative!”.
The strong, different style, combined with a charming smile, immense talent and an absurd presence on stage, left me with my chin down there!
